Provides overall vision, leadership, and spiritual guidance for the ministry.

Manages the ministry's day-to-day operations, communications, and organizational logistics with diligence and care.

Works directly with the men in our program, overseeing intake, addressing challenges, providing correction, and guiding them through their spiritual and personal growth. He serves as the first point of contact and support throughout their time at FORT Hope.

Cultivates relationships with local partners, churches, and volunteers, helping to expand FORT Hope's reach and impact within the community.

Leads efforts to reach individuals in detox and recovery, offering compassionate support, resources, and a pathway to long-term restoration through Christ.

walks alongside men in their spiritual growth, providing biblical teaching, mentorship, and encouragement in their faith journey.
