Fort Hope Ministry Home Run Derby Fundraiser

Join us for a fun-filled day supporting Fort Hope Ministry as we help men find and walk in the freedom found in Christ while continuing to share the hope of the Gospel.
This is Fort Hope Ministry's first fundraising event, and all proceeds will help purchase a trailer, lawn care equipment, and other supplies needed to maintain our Fort Hope properties while serving our community. These resources will also provide meaningful work opportunities for men entering Fort Hope as they seek full-time employment.
Home Run Derby Challenge
Our Home Run Derby will feature sponsored batters competing to see how many home runs they can hit!
Each batter will receive 20 pitches:
- 15 pitches will be hit using a baseball bat.
- 5 pitches will be hit using a tennis racket.
Sponsors have the opportunity to support a batter by pledging a donation for each home run they hit.
You choose the amount you would like to donate per home run:
- $1 per home run
- $5 per home run
- $10 per home run
- $25 per home run
- Any amount you choose
The batter's total number of home runs will determine your donation.
Each batter will also have one special bonus ball mixed into their pitches. That ball will have "2X" written on it. If the batter hits a home run with that ball, your donation for that home run will be doubled!
Flat-Rate Sponsorship Opportunities
Businesses and individuals can also support Fort Hope Ministry through one of our flat-rate sponsorship levels.
RBI Sponsor - $100
- Name displayed in the "RBI" section of the Sponsor Wall.
- Recognition during the event.
- Thank-you recognition on Fort Hope Ministry social media.
- Help support men as they find and walk in the freedom found in Christ.
Home Run Sponsor - $250
Includes everything from the RBI Sponsor level, plus:
- Placement in the "Home Run" section of the Sponsor Wall.
- Business name/logo featured in event promotions and on Fort Hope Ministry social media.
Walk-Off Sponsor - $500
Includes everything from the Home Run Sponsor level, plus:
- Placement in the "Walk-Off" section of the Sponsor Wall.
- Opportunity to display a business banner at the event.
- Recognition throughout event announcements.
- Opportunity to provide promotional materials, coupons, or giveaways for event attendees.
- Featured recognition on Fort Hope Ministry social media.
Grand Slam Sponsor - $1,000
Includes everything from the Walk-Off Sponsor level, plus:
- Premier placement in the "Grand Slam" section of the Sponsor Wall.
- Recognition as a top-level event sponsor.
- Business logo/name featured prominently on event materials.
- Announcer recognition throughout the event.
- Opportunity for a business representative to speak briefly during the event.
- Business table/booth opportunity at the event.
- Featured sponsor recognition on Fort Hope Ministry social media.
Event Activities
This will be a fun event for the whole family!
Along with the Home Run Derby, there will be:
Family participation opportunities - We will be hitting tennis balls, so bring the kids! Bring your baseball gloves so they can participate by catching balls hit into the field.
